Conformance status: this website conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, based on a self-evaluation completed October 16, 2026.
Found a barrier? Email chris@czerwonkalegal.com with the page and what got in your way. I will fix it, or get you the same information or service another way.
My commitment
Before focusing on legal education, I led a team of about 20 professionals handling accessibility concerns. Every page on this site is built to work by keyboard alone and with screen readers, and is tested on a 320-pixel screen (equivalent to 400% zoom), with increased text spacing, and with reduced motion. This page reports where the site stands against WCAG 2.2, including where it falls short.
The site's accessibility checks now run as part of its automated test suite, so the claim in the footer badge is re-verified, not just remembered.
Third-party content
The consultation calendar on the Contact page is provided by Calendly, and its accessibility is outside my control. If it doesn't work for you, the email address beneath the calendar (and above) reaches me directly, and I will schedule with you by email instead.
Agreements are signed through DocuSign. The full agreement is also published as an accessible web page at /agreement, so it can be read in full before anything is signed.
Conformance report
This report follows the ITI VPAT® 2.5 format (WCAG 2.2 edition).
Report details
- Product: Czerwonka Educational Consulting public website, www.czerwonkalegal.com
- Report date: October 16, 2026 (replaces the June 26, 2026 report, which covered the sites before their July 2026 consolidation)
- Pages evaluated (all 13 published pages): Home, About, Services, Inside, Contact, MPRE, CLE and its confirmation page, Legal, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Educational Services Agreement, Representation, plus this page
- Not covered: the Bar Exam Command Center and MPRE applications (separate products), the design studio subdomain, PDF contract templates used only by DocuSign, and the Calendly and DocuSign services themselves
- Contact: chris@czerwonkalegal.com
Evaluation methods
- Automated testing of every page with axe-core 4.14 in Chromium (via Playwright), with scroll-reveal animations shown so all content was tested, and reduced motion on.
- Scripted checks on every page: language, page title, a
<main>landmark, a working skip link as the first tab stop, no horizontal scrolling at 320 pixels wide (equivalent to 400% zoom), and no clipped text under WCAG's increased text spacing. On every keyboard tab stop: a visible focus indicator of at least 3:1 contrast that is never hidden behind the navigation bar. On phone-width layouts: a menu button that reports whether it is open. - Review of the source for structure, forms, timing and motion.
- Not done in this round: testing with a screen reader (such as NVDA or VoiceOver) by a person, and user testing with people with disabilities. Automated tools catch only part of WCAG, so this report is a careful self-assessment, not a third-party audit.
Fixed in this evaluation
- A link on the Services page was distinguishable from its sentence by color alone; it is now underlined (1.4.1).
- The logo link on the MPRE and Representation pages announced a name that didn't match its visible text (2.5.3).
- The Agreement and Contact pages scrolled sideways on 320-pixel screens (1.4.10). The booking calendar now fits small phones.
- The MPRE page had no skip link (2.4.1) and relied on the browser's default focus ring, which was below 3:1 on its dark sections (1.4.11). It now has a skip link and the site's two-layer focus ring.
- The mobile menu button on most pages didn't tell screen readers whether the menu was open (4.1.2). It now does on every page.
- Every page now has a
<main>landmark, a gap noted in the June report.

Revised Section 508 (U.S.) and EN 301 549 (EU)
Section 508 adopts WCAG 2.0 Level A and AA for web content, and EN 301 549 Chapter 9 adopts WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA. This site meets WCAG 2.2 A and AA, which includes both, so the corresponding web requirements are supported. Hardware, software and real-time communication requirements don't apply to a website.
